We offer bike rentals for groups
Here are our prices for groups up to 50 pcs in Danish kroner (dkk):
We only rent out bikes including delivery and pick up.
Delivery per 20 bikes, each way, in Copenhagen K, Ø, S, SV, N, V, NV.
- Mon – Fri, 9.00 – 15.00: 600 dkk
- Mon – Fri before 9.00 and after 15.00: 650 dkk
- Saturday: 9.00 – 15.00: 650 dkk
- Saturday before 9.00 and after 15.00: 750 dkk each way
- Sunday: 800 dkk
Outside Copenhagen K, Ø, S, SV, N, V, NV: Please, inform the area and we will send a price.
Important information
- We take an administration fee if you rent more than 50 bikes at a time: 250 dkk.
- If you rent more than 100 bikes during a year, we give you a discount on 10 % off the price of bike rentals and helmets. There is no discount on transportation and administration.
- All prices are excl. VAT, 25 %
Terms and conditions
- Any booking is confirmed when paid.
- From the invoice is sent one has 8 got days to pay.
- Any price will be added 25 % VAT.
- Any cancellation up to 20 bikes must be made no later than 2 working days prior to the booking. The cancellation fee will be 30% of the total amount when cancelled between two working days and two weeks before the booking. Any cancellations made later than two working days will not be refunded.
- Cancellations of bookings with more than 20 bikes must be done no later than 5 working days prior to the booking. The cancellation fee will be 30% of the total amount when cancelled between five working days and one month before. Any cancellations made later than 5 working days will not be refunded.
- Payment for a lost city bike: 1000 dkk. Payment for a lost family bike: 4000 dkk. Payment for a lost/broken key: 250 dkk. Payment for a lost helmet: 100 dkk. All prices will be added 25 % VAT.
- The user is responsible to return the bike in the same condition as it was delivered. Any damages caused by the user will be paid by the user.
- Any booking made by an international (non Danish) costumer will be added 50 dkk + 25 % VAT for bank transfer costs.
